Jeff & Lisa Miller, Delaney’s Diner owners, have always had the dream of opening their own restaurant. As residents of Westerville for over 14 years, they couldn’t imagine opening Delaney’s Diner anywhere other than their own backyard. The Huber Ridge area has a great sense of community and a diverse group of residents, which was very appealing to them.
Jeff & Lisa both have a long history of hospitality and retail experience including front of the house, back of the house and operations. Their belief is that creating a great work environment leads to an uplifting customer experience. Delaney’s Diner should be not just a great place to stop and eat but also a fun place to work.
“Our goal is to operate a neighborhood spot with a favorite menu item for everyone in the group! We love to dine out with family and friends – it’s something special that everyone looks forward to. Our menu is designed to give guests some unique options along with everyday favorites.”
The most special item is the PastaSalvi. Yes, the actual PastaSalvi from Salvi’s restaurants of years past. Jeff was heavily involved with the Salvi’s brand for many years and is honored to bring back this Columbus tradition.
